snow business
Seto Kaiba really hated his life at this moment.
What he'd intended to be a quick business trip quickly turned into a frozen hellscape. Meterologists were paid far too much to continuously get so much wrong in their predictions, in his opinion. He'd ended up with one frozen dragon jet, been forced to land it in the middle of nowhere...and not only that, but even his strongest signals weren't connecting with the communication satellites. He was well and truly stranded, and without fuel, the jet was little shelter from the cold.
He sat on the head of the grounded jet, stubbornly flicking ice from his hair. His business relations would simply have to wait---he could only hope his team would figure out what happened, locate him, and end this nightmare soon. The only thing he was grateful for was that Mokuba hadn't been on the plane---thankfully, he was safe at home, probably avoiding his homework. Sigh. He'd have to get on that later.
Seto squinted up at the sky when a dark shape passed overhead. Was that his rescue party already? Huh. He might have to give them a raise after all.

Seto pressed his fingers into his temples, as if that would help him gain some secret knowledge. It didn't work, but it was worth the effort.
"What's the goal here?"
no subject
"Goal?" Well, he'd shown him this much so... "Trying to get my tech back up to a level where I can fix the mess that crashing made out of my systems..." A sad, tired sigh. "I'm not going to be getting home, I'd settle for at least being half way functional."
no subject
He hadn't been challenged so steeply in a long time. He both hated and loved it, he decided, leaning on Skyfire's neck casually.
"Which functions are you missing?"
Idk how well this works, but I tried?
Skyfire sighed a bit and gestured at what he'd done so far. "This really isn't nearly as advanced as I'd like, but it's been the best I can do with my limited resources. It... would be a bit like you trying to replace a broken bone with a metal one while using stone tools. Not a totally accurate comparison, granted, but..."
He looked at Kaiba to see how he was taking this information. "I've about hit the limit of what I can do to fix myself, I'm now at the point where I need help. I could likely eventually get what I need made, but it's near impossible to install it without someone else."
no subject
"I'll help you. Show me what you can, I'll see what I can comprehend or work my way up to comprehending."
no subject
Lots of the things he needs done however, Kaiba would likely be able to help him with as it mostly needed a much smaller pair of hands to connect things than Skyfire was currently capable of assembling himself. Still, that would need hand protection and a lot more knowledge than he had at the moment, so Skyfire eventually shooed him away from the computers for a break.
