[In lieu of actually having an in person conversation, Fandaniel's just left a note on .. presumably Kaiba's bunk. It has his name on it so surely if the ascian picked the wrong bunk it'll get to the right person!]

I'd like to suggest Tidus for a council member. He seems levelheaded and reasonable.

Also the elf that glows in the dark, if we can select more than one for consideration, for much the same reason as the person above.

If for some reason neither of these are acceptable, I hear there's a giant spider onboard, and as nobody has been devoured in a web yet, they too must be levelheaded and reasonable, and I would like to suggest them.
