But...I can understand her anger. I don't condone it obviously but...I can understand why she is so angry and hateful.

She's allowed to feel the rage. But you didn't murder her people. We made that clear, and she didn't care...

So she takes it out of those who have a connection to where the anger started.
[Which makes sense in a way. Not a great way to deal with it, but it makes sense.]
As for being careful, I can try but sometimes it's a case of she will just walk in. So there's only so much I can do.

It's not about being strong. It's about compassion.

I guess it's just the pacifist in me.
